The sloping site on this plot meant that a design solution was sort to create two separate detached dwellings without having the ridge heights too high from the front, whilst giving a large amount of accommodation to each of the properties.

The properties make use of the sloping site to create two separate properties over three floors providing one 4 bed and one 5 bed detached properties.
