A new build replacement dwelling using cutting edge technology in the form of the building using a lightweight steel structure which is wrapped with ICF (insulated concrete formwork) to create a fast build and high insulation and U-values adding flexibility to the design.

Externally the architecture of the house is traditional, Georgian styling complete with Orangeries and the design was aimed clearly to set the property apart from the usual “leafy area” developments which often disappoint through “similarity” and an overworked/rushed “CAD button” process.
