The scheme included an additional basement extension forming changing rooms, toilet facilities and spa adjacent to the external swimming pool.

The additional extension was formed in traditional natural stone walling to provide a great outdoor seating area on top of the additional changing rooms to this large traditional Victorian house in the South Hale Conservation Area.
