The award-winning design saw a complete transformation of a tired and dated 1960s house into a stunning home! The transformation of ‘Bonville’ in Altrincham included reduced air leakage, increase heat retention and reduce energy costs. Further eco-friendly measures included LED lighting throughout support reduced costs with a Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) system, which provides a constant supply of fresh filtered air, maintaining the air quality as well as heating and cooling the building in an energy-efficient manner, whilst being practically imperceptible.

Through careful consideration of the client's requirements, regular communication with the local authority planning and building control teams, and close attention to detail of the project and site management, ARC Design Services were able to deliver a solution within 12 months that met all needs and is visually impressive ensuring that the client now has their ‘forever’ family home.
