At Arc Design Services, we know that this is a very busy time of year for all, so for our first blog of the year, we thought we'd review 2017 and look forward to an exciting 2018.

Last year saw Arc Design Services complete some amazing projects and deliver cutting-edge architectural design solutions for our clients, from ICF houses to hidden car lifts, and Amvic basements to floating stairs.

We worked all across Cheshire during 2017. Projects in Prestbury, Bowden, Macclesfield, Hale, Sale, Altrincham and Lostock Bolton kept us busy, with a mix of new builds, remodelling, conversions and extensions. We also won a number of planning appeals for our clients in Trafford and Cheshire West.

We had the honour of being recognised within our industry, as a finalist at the Northern Design Awards, for our innovative Park Drive, Hale renovation. We were thrilled not only to have been a finalist at the Northwest LABC Awards, but to win "Best Individual New Build Dwelling"!

Undoubtably, when buying/building the house, you Looking forward to 2018, we already have some exciting projects which have begun, including Dene Lodge, which is already developing nicely. Dene Lodge is a one off project, which is a bespoke design replacement dwelling located in Hale. This five bedroom house is approximately 8200 sq f over four floors, including a basement leisure suite comprising a home cinema, games room, pool, spa and gym. The house is built out of ICF and clad in brickwork and is due for completion later this year. This marks the 10th house that Arc Design Services have constructed in ICF.
