We have designed and completed many new build houses within the North West and locally within Hale, and Altrincham, ranging from small developments for small house builders to one-off bespoke designed houses for individual, private clients.

Our work has ranged from demolition and re-build on existing sites, to creating new bespoke designed houses on available land, maximizing the full potential to meet our client’s needs.

Our portfolio of houses vary from modest 2,000 sq ft, new build houses to large residential dwellings in excess of 13,000 sq ft. Many of the larger houses we have designed have included basements, leisure areas, and swimming pools to cater for all of our client’s requirements.
