A scheme of three detached contemporary designed town houses. The scheme included the need for the houses to be ECO homes, of an excellent rating which reflected in the choice of materials used in the construction, along with various Eco friendly sustainable renewable energy saving measures such as solar heating and wind turbines. The overall accommodation gave the client three 2,000 sq ft 4 bed 2 bath town houses over three floors each with small sustainable rear and side gardens and roof terraces.
